Great tool for the money! i was looking for a drill guide that could be used for wider surfaces than edge joinery, and this was ideal. i used this to put 3/8" diameter dowels in 3/4" oak (built a decorative rack with dowels for hanging small tools).. Thank you for the tips. i knew of mscdirect and could not find the type of drill guide bushings for wood (linear serration). reid tool does have drill guide bushings of the type i need. thank you for your help. davidh. bobabeui | mar 28, 2003 10:04pm | #7. david, glad to help.. if either reid or msc doesn't have a product, it more than likely.
