I have a side by side that has an ice build up issue at the bottom of the freezer. water seems to freeze during a defrost cycle blocking off the drain tube and as a result ice continues to increase in the bottom of freezer. fridge runs continuosly, seals are perfect on doors, i replaced defrost thermostat and have had a tech out twice..
